Senior Test Automation Specialist

Overview

We are seeking an experienced senior test automation specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in testing, automation, and quality assurance of educational platforms using JavaScript-based frameworks.

The successful candidate will have the ability to develop comprehensive test plans, cases, and suites for adaptive educational workflows, APIs, and web applications.

  • Maintain and improve automated testing strategies for data analytics, user journey validation, and cross-platform data synchronization.
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, and design teams to build robust automated tests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop automated testing frameworks using Jest and related tools.
  • Apply accessibility test libraries compatible with JS to validate WCAG 2.1 AA adherence.
  • Integrate automation with CI/CD pipelines.

Technical Skills & Qualifications:

  • Expertise in JavaScript-based frameworks and testing tools.
  • Experience with Jest and related automation frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of accessibility guidelines and regulations.

Platform-Specific Testing:

  • Automate testing for adaptive content, user personalization, learning analytics, role-based permissions, and marketplace/monetization workflows.
  • Validate data integrity, security, and compliance for educational regulations with API/script-based test automation.
