We are looking for a Senior Consultant to join our team of experts in Jira administration, communication skills, and project management.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for administering and optimizing Jira/Confluence environments, defining standards, workflows, dashboards, and reports across projects. They will also support Agile Release Trains and Scrum of Scrums, including PI Planning boards, and integrate Jira with tools like GitHub, Bitbucket, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and optimize Jira/Confluence environments.
  • Define standards, workflows, dashboards, and reports across projects.
  • Support Agile Release Trains and Scrum of Scrums, including PI Planning boards.
  • Integrate Jira with tools like GitHub, Bitbucket, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Provide coaching, training, and reports for stakeholders and leadership.
  • Ensure platform stability, upgrades, and best practices adoption.

Qualifications:

  • 4–7 years of Jira Administration experience.

Required Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of Jira workflows, customization, and automation.
  • Experience supporting Scaled Agile/SAFe programs.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and multitasking skills.
  • Familiarity with integrations, APIs, and scripting.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with additional Agile tools and methodologies
