Senior Manager, Lean Digital Transformation

As a key member of the Lean Digital Transformation team, you will play a pivotal role in driving continuous improvement and process excellence across various industries. With a focus on the Financial and Accounting (F&A) domain, specifically in Operational To Commercial (OTC), you will lead initiatives to solve business problems and opportunities using methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma, and Business Process Re-engineering, combined with technology solutions such as Automation Anywhere and Blue Prism.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital transformation roadmap that addresses key customer pain points in the F&A domain, leveraging methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma, and Business Process Re-engineering, and incorporating technology solutions like Automation Anywhere and Blue Prism.
  • Lead the effective delivery of planned digital projects, RPA bots, AIML projects, and Six Sigma projects in collaboration with cross-functional global leads, including the digital delivery team, and client leadership.
  • Provide analytical and conceptual direction to business analysts throughout the change lifecycle, ensuring alignment and integrity of deliverables with the program and strategic objectives.
  • Drive initiatives providing exposure to senior stakeholders – internal and external, and champion the implementation and adoption of standard Global Processes.
  • Support and deliver operational excellence and automation, implement best practices, and drive efficiency and standardization as approved by leads.

Qualifications

  • Certified Black Belt in Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
  • Extensive experience in driving Robotic Process Automation (RPA) programs and deploying RPA across platforms
  • Proven track record of leading transformations across all sub-processes in the F&A domain, including Manual Journals, Fixed Assets, Reconciliation, and more.
  • Experience in driving continuous improvement using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
  • Strong project management skills, with expertise in influencing and effective communication.
