Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Paid Media Specialist to join our team.

This role involves developing and executing cutting-edge digital campaigns that drive business growth, profitability, and customer engagement.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, as well as experience with task management software like Asana or Wrike.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Digital Campaign Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive paid media strategies across various ad platforms to drive business growth, increase brand awareness, and improve customer engagement.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align campaign goals, objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Performance Analysis: Provide actionable insights into campaign performance and recommend data-driven optimizations to maximize ROI.
  • Paid Media KPIs: Define and track relevant paid media KPIs to measure campaign success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Media Buys: Build and manage media buys to ensure seamless day-to-day execution.
  • Industry Stays Up-To-Date: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to stay ahead of the competition.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
