About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Implementation Engineer to join our team. As an Implementation Engineer, you will play a key role in deploying and integrating our products and solutions for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deploy and integrate our solutions at customer sites to ensure seamless implementation.
  • Design and implement monitoring, logging, and service desk solutions to meet client needs.
  • Work closely with clients to gather requirements and ensure solutions align with their business objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver projects on time and within scope.
  • Develop and maintain implementation-related documentation, standards, and user guides.
  • Provide training and support to customers to ensure effective product usage.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction during implementation and resolve issues promptly.

Requirements:

  • 4–8 years of experience in IT implementation, system integration, or related roles.
  • Experience with monitoring and service desk tools such as ManageEngine, ServiceNow, Grafana, ELK, Zoho Service Desk, Kibana.
  • Knowledge of on-premise and cloud-based deployments, including network concepts and ITIL processes.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Hands-on experience with Linux servers, Windows, and basic networking.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • ITIL certification.
  • Experience with data visualization tools like PowerBI, Tableau, or JasperBI.
  • Exposure to scripting or automation for deployment/configuration.
