Job Title: AI Release Manager

As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for leading the release journey of our AI product on Google Cloud.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive release plans to ensure smooth and reliable deployments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, QA, MLOps, and Product, to align stakeholders and drive decision-making.
  • Facilitate Go/No-Go meetings and lead release readiness checks to minimize risk and ensure timely delivery.
  • Design and manage automation-first release pipelines using Google Cloud tools (GKE, Cloud Build, Terraform, Python).
  • Troubleshoot and resolve cloud environment or configuration issues during releases.
  • Develop observability dashboards that provide real-time visibility into release health.
What You'll Do

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Orchestrate the end-to-end release lifecycle.
  2. Coordinate across multiple teams.
  3. Lead CAB reviews and release readiness checks.
  4. Build and manage release pipelines.
  5. Troubleshoot and resolve issues.
  6. Develop observability dashboards.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Proven experience in release management.
  • Strong expertise in Google Cloud.
  • Hands-on skills in Terraform, Kubernetes, Docker, and Python automation.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and cross-team coordination skills.

Preference will be given to candidates with experience in AI/ML product release cycles.
