  • Our company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Program Manager to lead our technical projects from start to finish.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, be able to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams, and possess excellent stakeholder relationship management skills.
  • They should also have experience managing global cross-functional project teams, as well as leading, documenting, planning, structuring, budgeting, forecasting, and spend tracking technology projects.
  • A degree from an accredited university or college is required, along with 8-10 years of experience in technical program management.
  • Additional requirements include 5 years of experience delivering Enterprise IT solutions in an engineering or manufacturing environment, such as PLM, ERP, MES, or CRM. ERP experience is a plus.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to present effectively to different audiences and all layers within the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of the overall program roadmap, prioritization, and successful operationalization of solutions.
  • Ensure successful end-to-end delivery of projects through client engagement, partnering with technical teams, and coordination of activities.
  • Apply existing technologies, approaches, and methodologies in combination to design new products, systems, or processes.
  • Communicate and present recommendations for project plans and technical roadmaps to senior business leaders, customers, and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate and communicate across cross-functional teams to track the design process and deliver projects on-time.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, or equivalent knowledge and experience.
  • 8-10 years of experience in technical program management.
  • 5 years of experience delivering Enterprise IT solutions in an engineering or manufacturing environment.
  • Strong stakeholder relationship management skills that inspire trust and confidence.
  • Effective leadership skills, with the ability to motivate, influence, and resolve conflict.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage global cross-functional project teams of resources in size.
  • Experience negotiating contract terms with 3rd party suppliers.
