Job Title: WLAN Developer

As a key contributor to our team, you will play a pivotal role in the development, enhancement, and maintenance of WLAN (802.11) driver stacks.

  • Design, develop, and debug WLAN device drivers for Linux-based platforms.
  • Integrate and port WLAN solutions on embedded systems and SoCs.
  • Work on kernel modules, user-space interfaces, and device-tree configurations.
  • Collaborate with hardware and firmware teams for driver bring-up and validation.
  • Optimize performance and power efficiency of WLAN stacks.
  • Analyze and fix bugs reported from internal testing and field issues.
  • Participate in system-level architecture and design discussions.
  • Develop automated test scripts for WLAN functionality and regression.

Requirements:

  • Strong hands-on experience in Linux kernel programming.
  • Deep understanding of device driver development (preferably WLAN drivers).
  • Solid knowledge of WLAN protocols (IEEE 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/ax).
  • Experience in Linux Networking Stack, including cfg80211, mac80211, netlink.
  • Good understanding of SDIO, PCIe, USB interfaces used for WLAN chipsets.
  • Familiarity with cross-compilation tools, build systems (Yocto, Buildroot), and bootloaders (U-Boot).
  • Experience with version control tools (Git) and issue tracking (JIRA).
  • Proficiency in C programming, debugging tools (GDB, trace-cmd, perf), and log analysis.
