Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Wireless Network Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and supporting our wireless network infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in wired and wireless networking, with a strong understanding of Layer 2 concepts such as VLANs, trunk/access ports, and port security.

  • Monitor and troubleshoot Meraki network devices (MX, MR, MS) on a daily basis
  • Support and maintain Wi-Fi connectivity for users across locations
  • Assist in managing switch ports, VLAN assignments, and basic network changes
  • Coordinate with senior engineers for escalations and configuration changes
  • Maintain documentation of network setups and issue resolutions

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT/CS or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in network administration
  • Fluency in Malayalam language is mandatory
