Job Title: Oracle EPM Consultant
Role Overview:We seek an experienced professional to drive the implementation, support, and optimization of EPM Cloud applications.
The role involves end-to-end execution of tasks to ensure accurate consolidation, streamlined reconciliations, and effective planning & forecasting processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Design, configure, and deploy solutions for FCCS, ARCS, and EPBCS applications.
- Collaborate with finance and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical and functional solutions.
- Develop metadata, business rules, calculations, data forms, and dashboards across all three applications.
- Configure account reconciliations in ARCS, including profiles, formats, and matching rules.
- Support consolidation and close cycles in FCCS, including intercompany eliminations, cash flow, and reporting.
- Build planning, budgeting, and forecasting models in EPBCS, including workforce, capex, and financials.
- Manage data integration and automation between EPM modules and ERP systems using Data Management and EPM Automate.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and Smart View queries for end-users.
- Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, audit requirements, and corporate policies.
- Prepare documentation, conduct user training, and transfer knowledge to business teams.
