Crafting a career in e-commerce is an exciting opportunity for experienced professionals to drive business growth and innovation. As an E-Commerce Marketplace Specialist, you will oversee the administration and strategy of assigned marketplaces across different countries and regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage administrative and strategic tasks across all assigned marketplace channels for different countries/regions.
  • Understand the specific marketplace where our products are being sold, including competitors, marketplace terms changes, and fulfillment processes.
  • Plan and manage product listings and merchandising mix on assigned marketplaces.
  • Keep the product catalog up-to-date and ensure accurate details of uploaded products.
  • Properly plan inventory for FBA and seller fulfillment models.
  • Develop and manage ads and promotion campaigns to increase sales.
  • Evaluate online marketing program effectiveness and draw conclusions for timely recommendations.
  • Develop strategies to increase revenue and conversion rates, including product page optimization, store and brand page optimization, content optimization, and customer emails.
  • Define and implement strategies to drive qualified traffic at assigned marketplaces.
  • Optimize products with suitable keywords, names/titles, and descriptions from an SEO perspective.
  • Provide customer service with accurate information and ensure repeat business through email enquiries.
  • Work on negative feedback provided by customers on marketplaces.
  • Coordinate with marketplace support teams for new feature or issue resolution.
  • Conduct market research, find popular products, monitor competitor activity, and adjust sales strategies.
  • Track orders placed on marketplaces and coordinate with different teams for timely delivery.
  • Monitor marketplace alerts and resolve issues promptly while maintaining account safety.
  • Generate sales and other reports (weekly, monthly) and provide analysis on each channel statistics for management.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned, adapting to an ever-evolving role.

Required Competencies:

  • International marketplaces experience.

Preferred Qualification/Work Experience:

  • At least 4+ years of relevant work experience.
