Craft Trade is a thriving e-commerce company expanding globally. We specialize in home decor, furnishing, and apparel sales across India, Europe, and North America.
We're seeking an ambitious E-Commerce Marketplace Specialist/PPC Specialist to manage business on assigned marketplaces, both domestically and internationally.
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee administrative and strategic tasks across all assigned marketplace channels for different countries/regions.
- Stay up-to-date with specific marketplaces where our products are sold (e.g., competitors, marketplace terms changes, fulfillment process).
- Manage Product Listings and Planning merchandising mix on assigned marketplaces.
- Keep the product catalog on the marketplace up-to-date and maintain detailed testing of uploaded products.
- Proper Inventory planning for FBA and seller fulfillment models.
- Manage Ads and Promotion campaigns on Amazon and other platforms to increase sales.
- Evaluate online marketing programs' effectiveness, draw conclusions, and develop recommendations based on results in a timely manner.
- Develop strategies to boost revenue and conversion rates of products, including product page optimization, store and brand page optimization, content optimization, packaging/customer emails, potential marketplace-exclusive deals, participation in sales, etc.
- Define and implement strategies to drive qualified traffic at assigned Marketplaces.
- Optimize products with suitable Keywords, Names/Titles, and Descriptions from an SEO perspective.
- Customer Service: Handle general email inquiries, provide customer service with accurate information, and ensure repeat business.
- Negative feedback management: Work on resolving customer complaints on the Market Places.
- Coordinate with Marketplace support teams for new feature adoption or issue resolution.
- Market research: Find popular products, monitor competitor activity, and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Track and check orders placed on marketplaces and coordinate with teams for fulfillment and timely delivery.
- Monitor alerts from Market Places and resolve issues with urgency while maintaining account safety.
- Identify potential problems before they escalate, notify relevant individuals, and resolve issues promptly.
- Generate weekly/monthly reports on sales and channel statistics for management analysis.
Required Skills and Qualifications
