Job Overview:

We are hiring a motivated and skilled E-commerce Specialist to manage our Myntra panel operations. The candidate must have strong knowledge of listing management, discount management, pricing, Myntra advertisements, order boost campaigns, payment reconciliation, and inventory management. The role also requires expertise in growing brand sales and driving overall brand growth on the platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize product listings with accurate details and SEO-friendly content.
  • Implement and monitor discount and pricing strategies to increase sales and visibility.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize Myntra Advertisement campaigns and Order Boost promotions.
  • Handle inventory management to maintain stock accuracy and prevent order loss.
  • Perform payment reconciliation and coordinate with the finance team for settlements.
  • Track and analyze sales data, trends, and performance reports to identify growth opportunities.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase brand visibility, ranking, and sales growth.
  • Stay updated with Myntra's latest tools, guidelines, and industry best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in managing Myntra panel operations.
  • Hands-on knowledge of listing, discounts, pricing, advertisements, and order boost.
  • Strong understanding of inventory management and payment reconciliation.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and e-commerce dashboards.
