Job Overview

As a senior engineering manager, you will lead teams focused on data engineering and AI/ML model development. Your role will involve facilitating team members' growth, playing a key techno-leadership role, and ensuring data technology platforms meet the company's functional and non-functional needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage local teams of data scientists and ML engineers, Generative AI experts.
  • Collaborate with data technology leadership in the SEA region.
  • Mentor and guide career growth for team members in data technology, data science, AI/ML engineering teams.
  • Join the larger community of data technology in India and support initiatives to build a data technology COE.

Requirements to Succeed:

  • Proven experience in mentoring and developing AI & engineering leaders and senior engineers.
  • A degree in Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science or related topics.
  • Previous experience in building advanced platforms leveraging Cloud technologies (AWS and Azure).
  • Excellent knowledge of Data and AI technologies, event-driven and real-time data analytics environments.
  • Ability to work in a team with an international environment.
  • Strong expertise in managing Data/AI/ML teams and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
