Job Title: Technology Transformation Leader

  • Achieve business objectives by implementing finance technology solutions globally, ensuring seamless integration and effective process automation.
  • Lead large-scale transformation programs, overseeing teams of finance professionals through all phases of the technology lifecycle, including requirements definition, architecture and functional design, testing, and implementation.
  • Deliver quality project execution by successfully monitoring project economics, performance against job requirements and budgets, and proactively adjusting scope, timing, and resources as appropriate or necessary.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive strong SDLC requirements and implementation, Code Reviews, participation in technical architecture and design decision-making and application resiliency requirements.
  • Manage team members' transition from transformation projects to BAU, track issue resolutions to meet SLAs and KPIs, escalation & issue Management, Weekly/Monthly delivery metrics reporting.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • High level experience managing full life-cycle projects in Oracle Cloud Financials Development on large scale in consulting/IT services environment.
  • Familiarity with end-to-end integration of financial modules with other modules like Projects, Procurement / Order Management and ERP.
  • Strong leadership in Talent Management, Skills Management, SLA and KPI on delivery.
  • Excellent Communication Skills to demonstrate a structured and clear approach to communicate complex solutions to stakeholders, team members and sponsors.
