About This Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Business Transformation & Strategy Manager to lead and manage complex, broad, and/or multi-year international programs and projects.

  • Engage with Senior Stakeholders to contribute to a culture of continuous improvement across a global organization.
  • Develop and implement target operating models (TOM) and M&A type projects to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in design and delivery, providing guidance and support to the wider business in defining the right approaches.

About You:

  • At least 10 years of professional services experience with a minimum of 5 years of related experience in designing and implementing changes to operating models.
  • Demonstrated experience as a Program Manager leading large and complex programs across matrix structured organizations, ideally across continents/regions.
  • Proven track record in managing and coordinating implementation with teams across different locations.

Responsibilities Include:

  1. Managing cross-functional teams to achieve strategic objectives.
  2. Designing and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
  3. Leading change management initiatives to drive cultural transformation.
  4. Collaborating with stakeholders to develop and implement project plans.
  5. Maintaining high-quality relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
