Job Summary

The ideal candidate for this role will excel by possessing both knowledge and technical expertise about the industry. They will be a key figure in strategic decision-making processes, collaborating with multiple stakeholders across various teams when necessary.

  • Erect, dismantle, maintain, and operate heavy machinery, such as Luffing Jib tower cranes, passenger hoists, placer booms, etc.
  • Manage spare parts inventory to optimize costs.
  • Sources skilled laborers, including plant and machinery operators, mechanics, etc.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Create localized management information systems for mechanical heads at headquarters/project in-charges.
  • Maintain site records of equipment, including log books, preventive maintenance records, and upkeep of equipment at regional sites.
  • Analyze budget estimates for spares and running expenses for each machine and monitor them monthly.
  • Train personnel on safe equipment usage and repair/servicing procedures.
  • Ensure optimal utilization of heavy machinery corresponding to their rated productivity output.
Essential Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) skills.
  • Strong leadership abilities.
  • Minimum 10 years of industry experience.
