**Job Overview:**

We're seeking a seasoned Backend Developer to join our team and collaborate on impactful products in a rapidly growing company.

As a highly skilled developer, you'll design, build, and optimize APIs, microservices, and integrations using Node.js. You'll work closely with front-end developers to define interfaces, data contracts, and integrate frontend and backend systems.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Design and develop scalable, efficient, and secure backend services using Node.js and Express.
  • Collaborate with the database team to design and implement MongoDB schema, ensuring optimal performance, scalability, and security.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to drive deployment, infrastructure, and operations on AWS (EC2, Lambda, S3, etc.), ensuring high availability, logging, and scalability.

**Must-Have Skills & Qualifications:**

  • Deep expertise in Node.js, Express, and MERN stack development.
  • Strong experience with MongoDB: schema design, indexing, querying, scaling, and performance optimization.
  • Comfortable working with React and Vite for front-end development and understanding how backend and frontend interact.
  • Strong experience in AWS: setting up environments, deployment pipelines, monitoring, and security.
