Position Summary

We are looking for an experienced Technical Support/Presales engineer to join our fast-growing business. The ideal candidate must be an excellent communicator and team player who can work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, plan and implement our award-winning Data Security Platform in Enterprise Environments
  • Helping existing customers resolve outstanding issues through support tickets
  • Collaborate with Team Leads to meet SLA and customer requirements
  • Create technical documents and articles for internal use
  • Deliver technical demonstrations to clients globally
  • Ensure customer expectations are met within committed timeframes

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • 2-4 years software customer service and support experience required
  • Administrative tasks in Windows-based infrastructures including Active Directory, Exchange, SharePoint, SQL Server, Office 365 and Cloud platforms
  • Microsoft Certification is a plus
  • PowerShell scripting knowledge preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal English communication, written and presentation skills required
  • Experience working with ticketing tools such as Salesforce or ServiceNow
  • Product presentations to clients in a pre-sale context
  • High risk / secure environment experience preferable
  • Direct client interaction with >500 employees
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Highly motivated, 'can do' attitude, able to work under pressure
  • SIEM / Auditing / Compliance related technologies experience
  • Understanding of IT and business technology needs
