Learning Solutions Expert

The Role:

  • This position involves collaborating with a team to design, develop and deliver learning solutions that meet the needs of clients.

The Responsibilities:

  1. Work closely with stakeholders to understand business problems and develop objectives for proposed learning solutions.
  2. Collaborate effectively with clients to identify solution approaches and designs, working through the design, development and delivery phases.
  3. Understand the overall learning solution design and create effective training materials that align with client business needs.
  4. Support the project lead in developing/identifying and obtaining client buy-in on Critical-to-Quality (CTQ) measures for the project.
  5. Conduct Training Need Analysis (TNA) and develop training curricula.
  6. Develop high-level and detailed content outlines as per the curriculum.
  7. Design and create standards, guidelines, templates and checklists for proposed learning solutions.
  8. Develop and review training deliverables against agreed-upon quality standards and ensure quality meets project parameters and industry standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
