
Training Experience Specialist

The Role:
- This position involves collaborating with a team to design, develop and deliver learning solutions that meet the needs of clients.
The Responsibilities:
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business problems and develop objectives for proposed learning solutions.
- Collaborate effectively with clients to identify solution approaches and designs, working through the design, development and delivery phases.
- Understand the overall learning solution design and create effective training materials that align with client business needs.
- Support the project lead in developing/identifying and obtaining client buy-in on Critical-to-Quality (CTQ) measures for the project.
- Conduct Training Need Analysis (TNA) and develop training curricula.
- Develop high-level and detailed content outlines as per the curriculum.
- Design and create standards, guidelines, templates and checklists for proposed learning solutions.
- Develop and review training deliverables against agreed-upon quality standards and ensure quality meets project parameters and industry standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
