Technical Solutions Architect Role Overview

The ideal candidate will design, architect and oversee the implementation of large-scale, high-performance platforms leveraging Java, Node.js and microservices.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop technical architecture for enterprise-grade solutions on open-source platforms.
  • Lead the design of microservices-based architectures ensuring modularity, performance and reliability.
  • Implement performance tuning strategies for high-volume platforms.
  • Ensure adherence to security best practices, compliance requirements and secure coding standards.
  • Collaborate with product, DevOps and engineering teams to establish cloud-native solutions.
  • Evaluate and adopt open-source frameworks, libraries and tools to optimize solution design.
  • Mentor developers and enforce coding, testing and architectural standards.
  • Conduct proof-of-concepts for new technologies.

Requirements:

  • 12+ years of software engineering experience with 5+ years in an architect role.
  • Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Node.js, Express.js, REST and GraphQL.
  • Proven experience in designing large-scale distributed systems and event-driven architectures.
  • Deep knowledge of microservices, APIs and containerization.
  • Hands-on experience in performance optimization, caching strategies and database tuning.
  • Strong understanding of security principles and identity management.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps and cloud platforms.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
