Senior Technical Lead – AI/ML

Location: Kochi | Experience: 8–15 Years | Full-Time

We're looking for a Senior Technical Lead to drive AI & ML solution development for enterprise clients across the US and UAE . You'll lead the design, architecture, and deployment of cutting-edge AI systems, mentor teams, and deliver scalable backend solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead AI/ML solution design, development, and deployment .
  • Build backend systems & APIs using Python, FastAPI/Flask .
  • Work with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and MLOps for seamless deployments.
  • Drive LLM fine-tuning, agentic AI systems, and scalable architectures .
  • Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, and DevOps teams.

Must-Have Skills

  • Strong Python development experience.
  • Hands-on expertise with FastAPI/Flask, Docker, Kubernetes .
  • Experience in CI/CD, MLOps, DevOps workflows .
  • Exposure to LLMs, Generative AI, and agentic AI solutions .
  • Cloud experience (AWS preferred ).
