AI Technical Leadership Opportunity

Are you a seasoned technical leader with a passion for Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning? Do you have a proven track record of leading high-performing teams to deliver innovative AI solutions? We are seeking an experienced AI Technical Delivery Manager to lead our AI engineering team in developing and deploying robust, scalable, and efficient ML models.

The successful candidate will provide technical leadership and strategic direction for the AI team, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to AI/ML architecture design and implementation. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into production-grade AI solutions, serve as a primary point of contact for stakeholders, and manage day-to-day operations.

To be successful in this role, you will require a strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and algorithms, hands-on experience with cloud platforms, excellent communication and presentation skills, and a bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.

  • Lead and mentor a high-performing team of data engineers, MLOps engineers, and machine learning engineers.
  • Provide technical leadership and strategic direction for the AI team, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives.
  • Contribute to AI/ML architecture design and implementation, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Translate business needs into production-grade AI solutions, serving as a primary point of contact for stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
  • 12 to 15 years of total experience, with at least 2 years of experience leading/managing AI/ML projects.
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts & algorithms, including supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
