Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to ensure accurate and timely closure of revenue recognition and accounts receivable activities. This role plays a critical component in our business, requiring strong analytical skills, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

About the Role:
  • Ensure accurate and timely closure of revenue recognition and AR activities
  • Manage end-to-end order processing, including order validation, billing accuracy, and supply chain coordination
  • Review and manage receivables, ensuring timely collection and dispute resolution
  • Prepare periodic reports, including aging analysis and DSO trends

This position requires a Chartered Accountant with hands-on experience with SAP an advantage. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills, stakeholder management, and communication skills, as well as proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Timely closure of revenue recognition and AR activities
  2. Monthly books closure activities, including reporting of Revenue, Receivables, and other MIS
  3. End-to-end order processing, including order validation, billing accuracy, and supply chain coordination
  4. Receivables management, including timely collection and dispute resolution
  5. Preparation of periodic reports, including aging analysis and DSO trends
  6. Liaising with third-party accounting, tax service providers, and consultants on local regulatory/accounting/audit compliances
Requirements:
  • Experience: 3-5 years
  • Qualification: Chartered Accountant
  • Hands-on experience with SAP an advantage
  • Excellent analytical skills, stakeholder management, and communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • Flexibility and open mind to dynamic business environment
