About Our Client:

Our client is a Health tech Start-up in the Health and Fitness tech space, their primary focus lies in wearable devices and metabolic health tracking.

Job Role:

You will lead global efforts to safeguard revenue integrity, prevent leakage, optimize profitability, lead automation and daily/clean accounting & reporting for revenue/receivables across multi-channel operations.

This hands-on role demands a hands-on approach, a strategic thinker with deep expertise in implementing commercial and tech-driven controls.

Job Description:

- Revenue Integrity & Leakage Prevention: Design and execute end-to-end assurance frameworks, including billing reconciliations, error.

- Conduct profitability assessments and enforce contract compliance to mitigate discrepancies.

- Billing and Accounting: Ensuring clean accounting & reporting for revenue/receivables to internal stakeholders and also drive Board and statutory reporting of revenue and receivables.

- Advanced Analytics & ERP Integration: Hands-on ERP systems implementation experience to automate revenue recognition.

- Transformation initiatives: Driving transformational initiatives to align financial systems with rapid business growth and fast-paced accurate reporting.

- Receivable Management: Streamline receivables management and deploy predictive analytics for cash flow optimization.

- Commercial Partnership & Transformation: Partner with Sales, Tech, and Operations to embed revenue controls in product launches and pricing strategies.

- Lead digital transformation of billing/recovery processes, reducing manual intervention.

- Global Risk Mitigation: Implement region-specific controls for regulatory compliance and oversee audits across 15+ markets to address leakage risks in emerging business models.

Essential Qualifications:

- 8-12 years in revenue assurance/financial controls in tech-driven firms.

- Proven mastery of ERP systems, SQL, and BI tools (Power BI/Tableau).

- Track record in leading global transformations.

- Experience of a global business with multiple channels.

- Chartered Accountant with relevant experience only.
