Pre-Sales Solutions Engineer

You will play a pivotal role in the sales process by showcasing our products and solutions to prospective customers. You will collaborate closely with the sales team to comprehend client requirements, craft tailored demonstrations, and effectively communicate the value of our offerings.

This role necessitates a combination of technical expertise, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to present solutions in a manner that resonates with diverse stakeholders.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting product demonstrations and presentations tailored to the needs and interests of potential customers.
  • Collaborating with the sales team to understand customer requirements and propose the right product solutions.
  • Assisting in creating and customizing demo environments and scenarios that highlight the product's key features.
  • Providing technical support during the pre-sales process, addressing any technical questions or concerns that arise.
  • Documenting and maintaining records of all customer interactions, demo sessions, and feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Working with the product team to relay customer feedback and help refine product offerings.
  • Preparing proposals, NDAs, agreements, and other sales-related documentation.

In terms of qualifications, we are seeking individuals with:

  • A minimum of 2–5 years of experience in pre-sales, solutions engineering, or technical consulting.
  • A proven track record of supporting B2B sales cycles and delivering effective product demonstrations.

  • Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with SaaS products, technical integrations, and solution design.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms (preferably Pipedrive) and productivity tools like MS Office or Google Workspace.
