The role of a Center Manager is pivotal in driving operational excellence and financial achievements across IVF centers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development: Prepare annual operating plans and performance targets in line with corporate objectives
  • Financial Performance: Ensure achievement of financial and operational targets through effective cost management and revenue growth
  • Operational Efficiency: Lead initiatives for cost optimization and compliance, overseeing the implementation of standard operating procedures
  • SOP Implementation: Oversee SOP implementation, medical record management, and audit readiness
  • Operational Issues: Act as an escalation point for operational issues and ensure medico-legal compliance
  • Brand Visibility: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams for brand visibility in local markets
  • Reporting: Coordinate monthly P&L with the corporate MIS team
  • Patient Satisfaction: Drive patient satisfaction, retention, and conversion metrics through effective service delivery
