Key Responsibilities:
- Addressing customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, or chat
- Resolving issues efficiently and effectively, while maintaining a positive attitude
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and feedback
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any field (high school diploma/equivalent accepted)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to problem-solve and multitask
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Positive and patient attitude
- Experience in a customer service role is a plus
