Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive user research initiatives to uncover customer pain points and areas for improvement.
  • Design and conduct usability tests, surveys, and in-depth interviews to gather valuable insights.
  • Translate complex data into actionable recommendations that inform product design decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate user insights into product roadmaps.
  • Evaluate existing digital experiences and provide expert advice on enhancements to improve usability and conversion rates.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Psychology, Design, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience as a UX Researcher or in a similar capacity within digital-first organizations.
  • Strong expertise in usability testing, contextual inquiry, and data analysis.
  • Experience with tools like Dovetail, Maze, Lookback, or Google Analytics.
  • The ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable insights.
Preferred Skills:

Prior experience in financial services, fintech, or large-scale B2C products is highly valued. Additionally, familiarity with UX design tools (Figma, Adobe XD) for collaboration is desirable.
