**Job Opportunity: Regulatory Reporting Specialist**

The Group Treasury RWA Reporting team is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regulatory Reporting Specialist to join our organization. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining comprehensive process documentation, ensuring data integrity, and handling internal and external audit queries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain Accurate Reports: Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date regulatory reports that meet the required standards.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with stakeholders to contribute to strategic initiatives and process improvements within the team.
  • User Acceptance Testing: Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) for regulatory or system changes to ensure seamless integration and minimal disruption to business operations.

Requirements:

  • Regulatory Knowledge: Possess a detailed understanding of APRA / Basel 3 Credit risk calculation, reporting processes, and systems.
  • Reporting Skills: Have knowledge of regulatory reporting requirements, developments, accounting, and consolidation practices.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Analytical Skills: Possess analytical skills and ability to work under pressure, report to tight deadlines, and deal effectively with issues.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications: Hold a CA/MBA or other relevant professional qualification.
  • Experience: Possess 7-8 years of experience in a Regulatory Reporting role.
