Content Producer Role

This is a comprehensive job role that involves developing a content strategy and overseeing the end-to-end production process of high-quality videos. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to conceptualize new ideas, drive content strategy, and lead the production process.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for developing a content strategy that aligns with business objectives, focusing on key areas such as business news, finance tips, investment insights, and market trends.
  • They will also be responsible for the oversight of the end-to-end production process, including ideation, scripting, shooting, and editing of high-quality videos that resonate with the target audience.
  • Anchoring and hosting responsibilities include acting as the face of the platform, conceptualizing engaging videos, conducting research, and preparing scripts/questionnaires.

Candidates must possess exceptional verbal communication skills in English and Hindi, have the ability to conceptualize new ideas, drive content strategy, and lead the production process. Experience in anchoring is highly desirable, as well as familiarity with YouTube and Instagram algorithms and content trends.
