Order Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Order Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our commercial team, you will play a vital role in handling orders from valued customers.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional service, ensuring timely order fulfillment and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

Key areas of focus include:

  • Customer Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive business growth.
  • New Business Development: Identify and cultivate new business opportunities to increase revenue.
  • Product Suggestion: Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products to meet their needs.
  • End-to-End Sales Solution: Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to delivery and after-sales support.
  • Technical and Commercial Agreements: Collaborate with customers to negotiate and finalize contracts.
  • Order Coordination: Work closely with production and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Issue Resolution: Address and resolve any customer complaints or concerns efficiently.
  • ERP System Management: Maintain accurate data and release technical drawings in the ERP system.

To excel in this role, you will require:

  • A solid technical background, preferably with a Mechanical engineering degree.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • A high level of enthusiasm, persistence, and motivation to pursue goals.
