About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional leader to spearhead our fragrance management team.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in perfumery and fragrance evaluation, with excellent leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of fragrance evaluators
  • Collaborate with the sales team to meet clients and understand their fragrance requirements
  • Support innovation and stay updated with market trends in fragrance and FMCG
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree with a science background (mandatory)
  • Preferred: Certification or course in perfumery or fragrance
Required Skills
  • In-depth knowledge of fragrances and olfactive families
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Good presentation and communication skills
  • Strong client-facing and interpersonal abilities
