High-Quality Product Specialist

In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the quality and reliability of our precision machined products. Your primary responsibilities include:
- Implementing quality control systems and processes that meet industry standards and customer expectations.
- Conducting regular inspections and audits to identify potential quality issues.
- Analyzing data to identify trends, root causes of quality issues, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and enhance product quality.
- Leading and participating in quality-related projects, including new product development and process optimization.
- Providing technical expertise and support to production and engineering teams to resolve quality-related issues and challenges.
- Maintaining quality documentation, including procedures, work instructions, and specifications.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in quality engineering, preferably in the precision machining industry.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems and tools, such as ISO 9001, Six Sigma, and statistical process control.
- Proven track record of implementing quality improvements and driving operational excellence initiatives.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
