Product Quality Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to ensure the highest standards of quality in our processes and products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process Control: Monitor in-process components, setting approval, inspection reports, Statistical Process Control (SPC), Error-proofing, Traceability, 5S, and Document control.
- Corrective Actions: Maintain accountability for Rejection/Rework of components, initiate Corrective Action Preventative (CAPA) measures, and ensure calibrated gauges and measuring instruments are available and used correctly.
- Quality Records: Maintain quality records in accordance with retention periods and coordinate the disposition of Non-conforming product at regular intervals.
- Resource Allocation: Ensure sufficient manpower for process and stage inspections, maintain 4M Change records, and verify major breakdowns related to Machine, Tool, and Fixture.
- Mistake Proofing: Implement mistake proofing and continuous improvement in processes, conduct product audits and process audits as per frequency, and promote workplace safety through Daily Work Meetings (DWM) activities.
- Skill Development: Evaluate line inspectors' skills, plan skill development, and update the Skill Matrix.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a quality engineering role.
- Knowledge of quality control principles, procedures, and regulations.
- Ability to analyze data and identify areas for improvement.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with industry-standard software and tools.
