Job Title: Senior Software Development Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Development Lead to lead our software development projects from planning through deployment.

This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver requirements on time, ensuring code quality, scalability, and maintainability. You will mentor and guide junior developers, including conducting code reviews.

Required Skillsets:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
  • Strong expertise in PHP & Laravel programming languages.
  • Frontend experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React frameworks.
  • Database knowledge: MySQL & PostgreSQL.
  • Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and attention to detail skills.
