Job Title: Fuel Biller

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Fuel Biller.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain control over assigned fuel carriers and ensure all deliveries are billed accurately to Wholesale and Consignment locations.
  • Meet required monthly deadlines and work with the Inventory Accountant to ensure Consignment tanks are closed by assigned month-end close date.

Fuel Biller Responsibilities:

  1. Obtain BOL and related Delivery Ticket paperwork for assigned carriers.
  2. Bill all sites associated with assigned carriers.
  3. Ensure all deliveries for assigned carriers are billed according to daily Unbilled spreadsheet.
  4. Research tank loss issues for Inventory Accountant.
  5. Research CRM cases involving assigned carriers.
  6. Work with Fuel Supply to ensure carriers are pulling correct products.
  7. Bill each delivery using Axxis and dealer price letters.
  8. Assist the manager with unbilled reconciliations and other assigned reconciliations.
Requirements:
  • Basic knowledge of Excel.
  • Good communicator with strong oral and written skills.
  • Attention to detail and highly accurate outputs.
  • Ability to work independently with little supervision.
  • Extremely well organized.
