Travel Industry Sales Director

Job Overview:
Flynote is seeking a results-driven Travel Industry Sales Director to lead our team of travel advisors and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent people management skills, and a passion for the travel industry.
About the Role:
- Lead a high-performing team of travel advisors and ensure they achieve their targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
- Mentor and inspire team members to excel in their roles.
- Oversight of day-to-day operations, ensuring timely and accurate communication with clients.
- Monitor individual and team performance metrics; provide regular feedback and work on continuous improvement.
- Foster a collaborative environment among advisors, promoting knowledge sharing and teamwork.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to strategic discussions about how to grow and scale the team effectively.
Ideal Candidate:
- At least 2 years of sales experience, with a proven track record in handling large transactions.
- Prior experience in the travel industry is highly preferred.
- Strong leadership skills, with experience in guiding and motivating teams to achieve goals.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with the team, clients, and other stakeholders.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment, highly energetic, proactive, and results-oriented.
- Eager to learn, adapt, and grow within the role, with a focus on long-term team and personal development.
Compensation Package:
- A competitive salary within the range of INR 7,00,000 - 9,00,000 per annum.
