Job Role Overview

The engineering function is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining core services infrastructure components. This role entails a combination of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and effective communication with stakeholders.

We are seeking a highly motivated and self-disciplined individual who can work effectively in a team environment and communicate confidently with management.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of change control procedures and be able to adapt to changing circumstances.

Key Technical Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with hybrid Azure AD join implementations is essential
  • A strong knowledge of Active Directory and Entra ID integration is required
  • Experience with certificate-based authentication and modern authentication methods is necessary
  • Proficiency in configuring device compliance policies and conditional access is required
  • Operational expertise in Microsoft Intune configuration and management is necessary
  • Experience in using and developing automation and scripting (PowerShell) to drive efficiencies is beneficial

Bonus Points

The following skills are desirable but not essential:

  • Knowledge of mobile device management (MDM) policies would be advantageous
  • Experience with Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM/SCCM) would be beneficial
  • An understanding of Zero Trust security principles would be valuable
  • Experience with Tiered Admin Models in hybrid environments would be advantageous
