Job Opportunity:

As a Lead Infrastructure Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in leading and guiding a technical team to deliver high-quality solutions. Your expertise in cloud technologies, particularly AWS, will be instrumental in driving technical discussions and implementing automated solutions to reduce operational complexities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as an individual contributor and lead/coach the team technically, fostering collaboration and innovation.
  • Provide consultancy and solutions to customers across diverse product stacks.
  • Drive technical discussions and stand-ups for key deliverables, ensuring seamless project execution.
  • Identify areas of inefficiency and develop automated solutions with reduced effort, enhancing productivity.
  • Troubleshoot complex issues for listed technologies, providing expert-level support.
  • Experience with DevOps and pipeline using Github actions, streamlining development processes.
  • Proficient in Python language, leveraging its capabilities to drive business growth.
  • Solid knowledge of different file transfer protocols like FTP, FTPS, SFTP, S3 & Connect:Direct, facilitating secure data exchange.
  • Aware of end-to-end transfer architecture including DMZ & basic working knowledge of load-balancer and firewalls, ensuring robust security measures.
  • Plan, coordinate, and apply patch/upgrade of FTP software's to latest/required level, maintaining optimal system performance.
  • Coordinate and perform OS & DB maintenance activities, ensuring minimal downtime.
  • Certificate Management involving CSR generation, cert issuing, cert implementation and validation, guaranteeing secure certificate deployment.
  • Work on service requests & user fulfilment related to provisioning, deployments, assistance, etc., delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Provide on-call support for priority issues, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Understand vulnerabilities and how to fix them as per security guidelines, prioritizing data protection.
  • Perform Disaster Recovery, safeguarding against potential disruptions.
  • Know audit requirements and how to coordinate & fulfill them, maintaining regulatory compliance.
