  • Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field required; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in nursing education, including program management and leadership roles.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and implementing effective nursing education programs.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
