Available Positions & Responsibilities:

We are inviting applications for a range of positions across various specialized units, each requiring a commitment to patient well-being and clinical excellence.

  • Staff Nurses:
  • Provide direct patient care , including administering medications, monitoring vital signs , and assisting with daily living activities.
  • Document patient observations and medical information accurately and comprehensively .
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans .
  • Educate patients and their families on health conditions and treatment plans.
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients.
  • Senior Staff Nurses LDR / OT
  • Assume a leadership role in guiding and mentoring junior nursing staff .
  • Oversee patient assignments and ensure efficient workflow within the ward/unit.
  • Manage complex patient cases , providing advanced nursing interventions and critical care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ensure adherence to hospital policies and procedures.
  • Act as a point of contact for patient families and other healthcare providers.
  • Assist to Manage the daily operations of a specific ward or specialized unit Labor, Delivery, Recovery , Operation Theatre

Educational Qualifications

  • A degree or diploma in Nursing from a recognized institution.
  • Valid State Registration Nursing Council Certificate is mandatory.

  • Clinical Acumen: Strong clinical skills with a comprehensive understanding of nursing principles and practices.
  • Patient-Centric Approach: A deep commitment to patient safety and delivering compassionate, high-quality care.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
  • Teamwork: Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address clinical challenges efficiently.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to varying patient needs and fluctuating workloads.
