Job Summary

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business excellence in Influencer Marketing, focusing on expanding the organization's network and relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their Influencer Marketing needs, developing strategic proposals and pitch decks for successful campaign execution.
  • Maintain timely delivery of briefs, ensuring accurate understanding of client requirements and effective proposal creation.
  • Research, identify, and onboard influencers, content creators, and celebrities through negotiation and process downloading.
  • Brief, negotiate, and coordinate with influencers, content creators, and celebrities to meet client objectives.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of influencers, categorizing them by genre and adding new contacts as needed.
  • Foster strategic partnerships with third-party vendors, agencies, and partners, including premium celebrity management agencies and networks of content creators.
  • Cultivate close working relationships with internal team members and external partners to ensure seamless campaign execution.
  • Meet quarterly targets for successful campaign execution and achieve high margins across all campaigns.
  • Review and analyze key metrics, creating insightful reports and reasoning behind Influencer Activation strategies.

Skillset:

  • Strong Social Media Savviness.
  • Minimum 6-12 months of experience in influencer marketing or social media.
  • Excellent Communication and Networking skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Emails, Excel, PPT, Word).
  • Knowledge of Social Media Insights & Analytics.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Effective Time Management and Organizational skills.
  • High Interpersonal, Coordination, and Relationship-Building skills.
  • Client Servicing expertise.
