Influencer Marketing Executive

We are seeking a skilled influencer marketing professional to join our team. As a creative and dynamic individual, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with influencers, managing collaborations, and driving impactful campaigns that enhance brand visibility and engagement.

  • Establish and maintain long-term relationships with relevant influencers and content creators, identifying opportunities for collaboration and partnership.
  • Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including Instagram, YouTube, and other social media channels.
  • Negotiate deliverables, timelines, and campaign objectives with influencers, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including social media, content, and design, to execute campaigns effectively.
  • Monitor, measure, and analyze campaign performance to ensure return on investment (ROI) and inform future strategy.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest influencer trends, industry best practices, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Maintain a database of influencers and partnership opportunities, enabling data-driven decision making.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, or social media, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with influencers and stakeholders.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for social media trends and influencer culture, enabling innovative campaign ideas and execution.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines, prioritizing tasks and resources effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with influencer marketing tools, such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or Asana.
