Job Title: Cosmetic Manager

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that all clients receive a high-quality experience. This includes managing the hair expert's schedules, maintaining workflow, and enforcing department policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Service Delivery: Provide exemplary service to clients, adhering to the brand's standards and AHS' expectations.
  • Schedule Management: Collaborate with the Cosmetic Manager to manage the hair experts' schedules, prioritize tasks, and ensure seamless workflow.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain stock levels in the department, ensuring adequate supplies are available at all times.
  • Areas Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of designated areas, including hair expert rooms and equipment.
  • Conflict Resolution: Address client concerns and dissonance in a professional manner, involving the Cosmetic Manager if necessary.
  • Record Keeping: Assist the Cosmetic Manager in maintaining accurate records of client visits, images, and economic data.
  • Client Tracking: Monitor regular clients' visits and preferences to provide personalized services.
  • Sales Development: Support the Cosmetic Manager in identifying opportunities for up-selling and promoting additional services.
