Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to lead our construction projects in the Greater Delhi Area.

This individual will be responsible for overseeing project timelines, ensuring timely completion of tasks and maintaining high-quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, a proven track record of success in project management and strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external clients.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Optimization: Develop strategies to optimize project performance, identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions to drive results.
  • Progress Monitoring: Regularly monitor project progress, identifying potential roadblocks and developing contingency plans to ensure project delivery within budget and timeline.
  • Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams, provide guidance and support to team members and foster a collaborative work environment.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Cost Management: Develop and manage project budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring cost-effective solutions are implemented to achieve project goals.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with industry standards, quality control measures and regulatory requirements.
  • Experience: Possess experience in building projects and knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and codes.
