Construction Project Lead

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Lead to drive our construction projects forward. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Take a lead role in optimizing project workflows and allocate tasks effectively amongst team members.
  • Coordinate with clients and internal teams to complete project milestones within set deadlines.
  • Prepare weekly progress reports on team performance and present insights into cost savings achieved for the project undertaken.
  • Plan and execute construction projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines as per contract requirements.
  • Evaluate various construction methods and determine the most cost-effective plans and schedules.
  • Monitor construction activities, implement and monitor project execution plans, and ensure compliance with project budgets.
  • Implement, monitor, and maintain quality standards at the project site, adhering to ISO norms and client expectations.

Requirements:
Experience in building project management.
