Academic Support Specialist

Job Title: Academic Support Specialist
The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated and customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills, experience in academic sales or technical program sales, and a strong background in counseling. We are looking for someone who can build relationships with prospective students, provide accurate information about our courses and admission processes, and ensure high levels of engagement and satisfaction.

- Business Development:
- Develop business opportunities through visits to colleges and universities for collaborations, demos, and lead generation
- Cultivate existing relationships and establish new partnerships to drive growth and revenue
- Conduct inbound and outbound calls to prospective students to address their queries and provide accurate information
- Guide students on course offerings, eligibility, scholarships, and financial aid to ensure informed decision-making
- BUILD AND MAINTAIN POSITIVE RELATIONSHIPS WITH PROSPECTIVE AND EXISTING STUDENTS TO ENSURE HIGH LEVELS OF ENGAGEMENT AND SATISFACTION
- Develop and implement strategies to improve student satisfaction and retention rates
- Provide guidance on course offerings, eligibility, scholarships, and financial aid to support informed decision-making
- Assist students in completing application forms and other documentation accurately and promptly
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and activities in the CRM system
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and data protection policies
- Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure students progress through the admission process smoothly
- Monitor and report on student progress and performance to inform targeted interventions
