We are seeking a highly skilled Assembly Process Planner to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and executing assembly processes for various products.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Create detailed assembly process plans, including sequence of operation (SOE), time element, and operation method sheet (OMS).
  • Develop manufacturing layouts and detailing layouts to ensure efficient production processes.
  • Design operator instructions with pictorial representation to enhance understanding.
  • Apply industrial engineering standards, such as time study, work-study, and line balancing, to optimize factory operations.
  • Use MOST or other industrial engineering software to analyze and improve assembly processes.
  • Validate products/assembly against torque selection/specification, tool accessibility, DFMA, DFA, DFM, PFMEA, and human factor ergonomic industry guidelines.


Requirements:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in virtual manufacturing assembly process planning using MPlanner or Wplanner, Excel sheet, PPT, or any other software tools.
  • Strong knowledge of industrial engineering standards, including time study, work-study, and line balancing.
  • Experience with CAD tools, Teamcenter - Vis view, Vis Mockup, AutoCAD / FCAD.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to handle projects independently with minimal guidance.
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
