Job Overview:Fostering Long-Term Relationships with Rural Customers
This role involves building strong, enduring relationships with rural banking customers, ensuring timely and accurate service delivery to meet their evolving needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Avoid loan duplication by optimizing property lending opportunities for maximum lifetime value in each relationship, aligning with organizational objectives.
- Drive customer acquisition through lead generation and account opening, catering to customer needs to expand mortgage business in rural markets.
- Maintain high collection efficiency while achieving monthly and annual group loan booking targets, contributing to the penetration of mortgage business in rural markets.
- Leverage cross-selling opportunities to assess and evaluate client needs, generating new revenue sources based on their lifestyle, risk profiling, and requirements.
- Graduate degree from a reputable educational institution.
- Experience of 0-2 years in NBFCs or the banking industry.
